The Winery is a perfect meeting point between tradition and technology. Grapes are separately hand-picked by local winegrowers in autumn from Mid-September to end of October. Then they are processed by technologically advanced machineries which ensure a unique and constant top of the range product.
The wine-making areas include: the storage room, the bottling room, the warehouse, the laboratory, the tasting room, the dining room and the cellars.
Deep knowledge of the diversity of the vineyard with temperature-controlled fermentation with microprocessors allows optimal management of winemaking operations. It is an integrated project which reflects the idea of combining technological innovation and experience to the technical-scientific area.
Some of our wines are then stored for a period of around 6 months in old French oak barrels for a more structured taste.
